Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your star-shaped spiral vase must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.


Non-returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized star-shaped spiral vases: Items specially crafted to your specific design, color, or engraving requests.

To Complete Your Return

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if applicable:

  • Vases showing signs of wear or damage caused by improper use.
  • Items not in their original condition, with missing components, or damaged due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned vase is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Gifts

If the vase was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the vase wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, notifying them of the return.
